Refund Policy

100% Satisfaction Commitment

At CreedAlly, we stand behind the quality of our services and are committed to delivering real value. If you feel that you are not receiving the expected value from your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of service initiation. All refund requests are carefully reviewed to understand the concern and ensure fairness for both parties.

Before processing a refund, we encourage you to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue, clarify expectations, or address any concerns. Many issues can be resolved through communication, helping us improve our services for you and future customers.

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days from the date of confirmation.

Handling Fee

Please note that due to operational, administrative, and processing costs already incurred, an 8% handling fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers initial audits, setup efforts, payment gateway charges, and refund management.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • They don’t want it after they’ve downloaded it
  • The item did not meet their expectations.
  • They simply change their mind
  • They bought an item by mistake
  • They do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • They ask for goodwill

Important Notes

Refunds apply only to the service fee paid and do not cover third-party costs, hosting charges, licenses, or external tools purchased on your behalf. CreedAlly reserves the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the stated policy or involve misuse of services.
